[Load] Tech Improvements not appearing in tech screen

When I load a game, the tech screen show the "prestige bonus" "diplomacy bonus" etc. but I don't see the unlocked buildings like inns with hospitality, or mines with mining. But I can build them after researching the tech, so it's a "graphical" issue only.

I get this bug every time after successfully loading a save game as well. Though the improvements don't display, I still get the improvement after researching the tech.

This is with .291 of course where I can actually load save games.
