[0.291][1G][BUG] problem with TAB and army with multiple units

I have discovered (because I hav'net seen an key reference card) that TAB allow you to cycle through units and cities. Sadly, if a unit is in a sovereign army, the TAB key behavior change : I am no longer to cycle through cities and when going to the units that are in my sovereign army, the map is centered on an unrelated spot.

My issue is similar, but the tab goes to a very bizarre view (zoomed in / distorted).  I will try to reproduce in my next game; my saved game won't load...

I get the same issue.  I also get this related issue - as soon as my sovereign gets married, the TAB feature does the same bizarre thing: I can no longer TAB to cities, and when I do TAB, one of the things it takes me to is a remote tile (so far always in the middle of an ocean) to show my wife's picture.

This picture show behavoir when I have a stack of 1 soldier with my sovereign and I hit TAB:

 

This shows behavoir as soon as I get a wife and then hit TAB, even if I do not have any stacked units like above:
