[0.291] Game freezed after pressing end turn

It just freezed in with the end turn button greyd out. I had to end it via task manager.

I think I just hit this too.  I had just switched to start researching warfare, and then set a destination for my sovereign, hit the space bar, and the game froze.  The CPU monitor widgit I have on my desktop says that Elemental is using nearly 100% of both CPUs, and task manager says that Elemental is not responding.

Cancelled via task manager, debug.err is here.

Game freezing for no apparent reason when using the spacebar or the enter to end the turn. Couple of debug.err as examples.

This happened to me again, three times today.  Each time I was using a custom hero, after playing 2 earlier games with one of the provided heros without hitting this freeze.

In case it helps, here's the debug.err from the last of the 3 games.
