[Bug/Gameplay] 0.29 Controlling two different Sovereigns at the same time

Procipinee (I Choose You)

Situation: normal game. Attacking one enemy city that was defended. I conquered the city. The fight that turn was against an spider. With the popus of different things I'm not sure if the spider was the defender or appeared from somewhere nearby.

Problem: I took control of Procipinee permanently (wouldn't obey my movement commands though).

So I see Procipinee's city:

But when I conquer it I find myself with an extra Sovereign:

She does as she pleases though, especially tracking huts and similars:

I can choose here stats in level up:

But I'm still at war with her!

And can talk with her??

I had the same thing... full control of the other sov though... was actually quite fun (sent them to attack their own towns in an attempt to find out what happens when they die... but they just killed their own children instead... couldn't defeat that race either... but they may have had a hidden town somewhere)

captured the capitar sov, playing as the female sov P...something... the one I keep remembering as spikey mammal. Managed to go gandalf and get her to move at 11 spaces a turn with a battle rank of 20 by lv 3. That may be normal...I'm not sure, but it is impressive... although she was attacking 3 targets a turn on auto-explore, attacking and moving on before the first fight was resolved... which was odd. So on the map I'd see:
P-spider
*hit end turn*

spiders-spiders-spiders-------------P

with 3 attack pop-ups... which is just wrong, because she could have lost the first battle and shouldn't be 6 tiles away from it when you get the fight/retreat pop-up I think it's the autoexplore behaviour triggering before any human actions, rather than at the end of the turn and not stopping for anything.

Bizarre...I'll try to get some debug messages in to help us narrow this one down.  Thanks guys!
