Say Your Please and Thank You's

I think our culture nowadays has done away with a lot of the manners and nicities that come along with interacting with one another.  I'm not quite sure why though.  My mother raised us to always say our please and thank you's.  Infact, she used to make us write thank you notes for any gift we ever received, whether we liked it or not.

Because of that, I feel like I'm always writing thank you notes.  I just feel so guilty if someone buys me something as simple as a meal and I don't write them a thank you note lol.  This causes me to keep a large stock of thank you notes in my office.  Right now I'm using these, which I got from Target.  Aren't they cute? :)

Actually I've been having the write a lot of thank you notes lately because I got really sick and because of Valentine's day.  My family is really loving and generous, and they love to give gifts.  I got some really pretty michal negrin stuff from my sister and a Baekgaard make up bag from my mom.  My husband just receieved one of these from my brother.  You see what I mean?  I love writing thank you notes to them though, because they are so awesome.  Lunch time, gotta go.  Peace.
