Diplomacy Product Registration failed

I pre-ordered Diplomacy at teh en of January and playe dthe "beta" a few times with no issues.  Tonight I was going to play my first acutaly game with the new expansion but when I try to install I get a registration failure every time.  I only have one email I use for Impulse (hell Sins i s the only game I HAVE on Impulse) and I was logged into this account when I made the purchase.  Why can I not play?  I find it really odd since the beta worked fine.

Ignore this.  Wow Impulse is friggin stupid.  Becuase the PayPal account I paid with is under a different email I had to use that to register my copy of Diplomacy even though it was bought under my active Imulsee account.  I swear if I did enjoy Sins so much I woudl never touch this crappy system.
