Global spells and construction of magic items.

First of all an apology if I simply start up on a subject allready

being handled. I haven't found a post a priori with a similar 

content.

One of the things I really enjoyed in MoM was the fact that you

could cast global spells that effected the entire world you were playing

in akin to wonders of the world in Civ. Would love having that implemented.

Not only devastion spells but also spells that improved diplomacy etc.
