A Brillant Home Idea

I'll get to the idea in a minute, but first let me tell you how the idea came about.  We have two friends of ours that are getting married and moving in with us soon.  They needed a cheap place to live for a little bit, so we offered them our spare bedroom.  We are excited about being able to help them in this way because they are like family to us.  We've known them forever and they are like family to us. 

After talking to them about the practicalities of them living with us, we came up with the aforementioned brillant idea.  We realized that not only will it enable us to save a lot of money when they are splitting rent with us here, but that it would enable us to get a home if we could split the mortgage with them.  This may sound weird, living with another couple, but it's not that weird.  Especially since we could afford a big house that we could spread out in. Everyone is pumped about this idea!

My husband is really excited about this idea because he'll get to live with his best friend and smoke these with him all the time lol.  We were thinking about getting a cincinnati home builder, but we decided it would be much more affordable to get a foreclosed on house.  All I hope is that they don't have a neon beer sign that they want to hang up somewhere lol.  They are pretty unique people, so you never know .  This is much better than our other idea which was to apply to Extreme Home Makeover lol.  That would still be awesome.  Hope this all works out!
