Registration error ref:204 on main game & have only just created account so no duplication possilbe.
Emailed support & awaiting answer.
Is this a continual problem with all registrations on this site ?
I don't see the base game under the account associated with that nickname. Might you possibly have this under another email address? Feel free to send me a pm here with any email address it might be under and I'll see what I can do to help.

If you had purchased or registered under an alternate email address, you can use this https://www.stardock.com/support/registrations/ to transfer the registration to your main account. Alternatively you can email [email protected]
I did email support & after many days & emails back & forth the problem has been sorted.
Not terribly impressed though. I paid for the extensions & then had to jump through hoops to download them & it had nothing whatsoever to do with me.
