sins of a solar empire impulse registration

installed sins of a solar empire, loaded up impulse and it tells me i have the wrong registration

i've read around here and find that people are having similar problems, i used the reg hotfix as well but still no joy

theyre appearing in my impulse account but it keeps telling me that my serial key is invalid

i dropped an email to get my serial keys re-emailed to me and they were the same ones registered to my account, so i dont know what to do

i've sent an email to support@stardock but its been a few days and i want to play what i paid for
