[CRASH][Bug/Graphics] On unit creation

Two issues here. Firstly, I can only bring up the train unit pop up window if i'm not using fullscreen at a lower resolution such as 1024x768. When i do so, it then works. When in fullscreen it just has a corrupted pop up window.

Secondly, when not in fullscreen, Elemental then crashes randomly when creating a new unit.
