Bought Entrenchment last year, won't let me reinstall.

I bought entrenchment sometime last year from the Impulse marketplace, and my computer crashed a few weeks later. I lost everything on my hard drive, and didn't get a new computer until recently.

I go back to download my hard copy of Sins, and that works fine. When I tried to reinstall Entrenchment via Impulse, it says add to cart.  I've tried getting my serial code emailed to me, but it only sends the Sins digital download one, and the bonus pack download. I've tried using the serial I received to register AND redeem entrenchment, but to no avail.

 

Help?

Already contacted them with no reply.

That doesn't help me at all, as I'm smart enough to realize to contact support. In the past, contacting support doesn't do anything, so any actual suggestions would be nice.

If you didn't get an auroreply issuing a ticket ID at least, check your spam folders or filters. Otherwise they should get back to you within two business days.

Support doesn't work weekends. They will get back to you during the work week.

Resolved, apparently they split my accounts at one point at had to merge them again. Sorry for getting uppity about it, I was just mad that I couldn't play with my friends again.
