Without a translator and my craptastic 3 years of highschool german:  His serial key does not work for impulses registration.  He would like to know how to allieviate the issue.

Ich glaube dass ob du Demigod im Europa kauftest, dann muss du Atari kontaktieren. :/

Der offizielle Support für Europa liegt zwar in den Händen von Atari, aber ich denke die Jungs von Stardock können dir da sicher auch weiterhelfen, wahrscheinlich schneller und unkomplizierter. Am besten schickst du eine Email an: [email protected] (ich hab das mal soweit für dich übersetzt):

Dear Stardock Support Team,

I'd like to register my copy of Demigod on Impulse but it refuses to recognize my serial key. Could you take a look at my account and add the registration if possible?

Einfach noch deine Daten einfügen und nach Möglichkeit die Email von dem Email-Account schicken, den du für Impulse benutzt, das vermeidet Mißverständnisse. Viel Glück und viel Spass!
