Quick Question About Elemental Preorder

Hello, I recently preordered Elemental War of Magic.  The verification e-mail said my order would not be charged until it shipped.  However, my credit card account shows that it was charged.  I notified customer service about this but am still waiting for a response.

I don't mind that it was charged, nor will I care if I don't get into beta. I'm just happy to prepurchase the game and wait, but I'd like to know if I was supposed to be charged, or if there was some error.  If anyone could clear this up for me I would appreciate it, if not I'll just wait for someone from Stardock to get back to my e-mail, thanks.

I think you'll just have to wait for SD's response. No idea when you'll get that, though. With the holidays and stuff, it could be a while before they get to you.

I think it's normal. I was charged when the first beta came out. Now you just have to wait for the next beta.

I believe it's charged because of the beta access.  Remember that support is on holiday break so a response will be delayed.  :)

That's just a hold on the money, should clear up in a few days. Once beta 2(multiplayer beta) comes up it will be charged for real, but that's not for a few months.

A week or 2 ago SD said that Account Pings would be sent out to make sure money was in the account. Frogs Boys recent post about opening the Beta as it stands is encourging and that may be what your are seeing. I Pre-ordered In late October and have been waiting since then, Hard to remember to keep Money in my account at Christmas though!

Ok, I think I have an idea now, hopefully I'll get in the beta soon then, this game looks like it could be pretty awesome  :grin:
