dynasty familys ?

dynasty it be kinda neat if there was option to allow your main char to age and or even die, due to old age  ? for example elfs live alot longer then humans elf live for 300 400 500 years or so human live for 90 years or so, but depending on race you chose for main char this would vary the age.

Kind like in guild, and in empire total war this make having familys, and raise kids bit more important tot he game, also like in the guild or guild 2 be neat if there was ways to extend your chars life for example becomming a vampire, or sometype of undead or even thro magic extending your life with reacherh or knowlegde or mgacily items that you could quest for that could entexnt or immune your char from dieases.

it could be option that cuold be tunred on and off  where you could chose to have your char immorotal in game options befor you start a game or so that people who do not like this could turn off agging and people who do could have it on ?

Considering that this is option that could be turned on and off, and that you could extend your age and live for ever even with the aging on. I just think that it add anthere level of role playing that you get in movies and books and dungeon and dragons where lords go bad or try to extend there lives or you could play a good noble family where the rule of your kingdom could be steped down from family member to family member.

dose any one elese like this idea with out flamming the post by saying we shouldnt force this option senes thats silly arugment, senes it be something aging that it could be turned on and off at game start as a game custmization ?

It's part of the game lore that the sovreigns are immortal.  Their descendents are not however.  See https://forums.elementalgame.com/371029 for example.

The idea of dynasty would be even better if the soverigns had unique traits. Then, having a sovereign die could be fun, just to get another trait, that would change the kingdom's strategy^^

Some leaders could have trade improvements, build slightly faster, etc. but there could also be some "bad traits", with negative influence^^

Could also be fun to be able to murder an opponent ruler, to make it lose his trait xD

Even if the main ruler is immortal, it would make it a "permanent trait", and his offspring would have more flexible traits.

End of Nedryel's quote

Already implemented in Total War and i think in Romance of the Three Kingdoms too.

I haven't played either of these, but I've heard of them (in good). There is something like that in civ4 too, with two ruler permanent traits. I think all these games have it their own way, but the idea remains very entertaining ^^
