[.264][CTD]Crash on winning with monster

I attaked and won with giant lider an got CTD. Could not repete it cause that was the first game i fought somethin other than spiders.

On other games i get "out of memory" error after 4-5 city build.

I might have hit the same crash. I fought and won a battle with an ogre, and when I clicked on the done button on the victory window, I got the crash. dxdiag, debug.err, and dump sent to fogbugz.
