Help game doesn't work on my second computer

It os strange since the demo works fine.

I doubleclick it in my games tab it starts and then says it crashed.

Any help?

What game?
What version of Windows?
Any error details with the crash?
Did you uninstall the demo first?

I found out I need to cancel something in dxdiag in this forums.
