Banned for my lady Doc is awesome. Although I scared the daylight out of an employee.  Because I pulled a muscle on my lower right back, it seemed the pain was a little easier to handle laying on my back on something like a floor cold..... you got it.   I heard the receptionist yell OH NO!!   

Immediately I said I was all right and explained why I lying there.   They are a great bunch here. One nurse was super nice. I got valiumed up and slept all day pretty much. whew..  Felt lots better very next day.. go figure. So much pain, almost all gone in 24 hours.

Banned for a drive is a good idea. Windy but beautiful day.    Thunderstorm tonight though... It's to humid with all the flooding and when it heats up it just turns into a big ole lightning show.

 A pic I took of a fave camping spot.   It's just a random cloud but it's awesome... like a bomb.  We usually park where the trees are.   Alot were taken out this spring with all the ice break up.    Ripped them out... wow
