I cannot register my sins entrenchment.

When i try to get past update 1.03 it says i have to register my product...which I have already done.

When i look at my registration it has my e-mail missing. When I put in my e-mail it says it failed to register.

It says Product registration failed: fluffy info to me (ref:204)

I wanna update but its broken
