[Bug/Graphics/Crash] .262 Graphics mess up when going in the empire screen using native resolution

When I go in the empire screen, the graphics get messed up when I use my native resolution of 1400x1050.

It also crashes my game when trying to build my first city, since it then automatically switches in the empire screen which leads to a crash to desktop. Crash reported to FogBugz.

Strangely it works perfectly fine using the lower resolution of 1024x768. No graphics error or crashes when building cities.
