Major problems [bugs!!!]

ok, i have two major problems, first of all the turn button does not work, i am oly left with a greyed out blank space where the turn button should be.

Secondly, in the unit creation menu, all units including animals and even several types of trees are displayed, but only there 3d outilne is showed.
