[0.264][Interface]Empty research screen

When I created my first city it said I could do some research but the screen was empty as you can see here:

Still an issue in the new 0.264 build.

The bug appears to be gone while in windowed mode only. I think elemental have some serious problems with refreshing its UI because I had similar problems with missing images in info cards...

This research screen actually appears to be the old one...if you have a fast connection, can you reinstall and see what happens? Thanks!

Reinstalling the game solved the problem but now the interface is extremely slow. It takes approximately 30s for the research interface to become active(before that its just black) and after that when I click on the tabs for each technology class it takes 3s to refresh the UI with new active tab.
