Unable to install Window Blinds 6 in Windows 7

After upgrading OS to Windows7,unable to install WindowBlinds6.

If you have a legal copy of 6 than they will give you a discount to get 7 for 10 bucks! It's well worth it, take my word for it. The combination of Win7 and WB7 on a 64 bit machine will blow you away. I don't regret it.

I hava the same problem, and I read in a different post that if you use Impulse, that you will get WB7, but I have Impluse, and all it says it WindowBlinds 6 - Update Available.  How do you get WB7 without buying it again?  What am I missing?
