Mouse Context Zoom not working anymore (solved)

I am playing a game and all of a sudden my mouse context zoom stopped working.  This has happened before....the mouse just zooms in and out and does not move the screen to center on the mouse pointer as you are zooming in.

Is there a key stroke or sequence that changes the zoom mode or something or a specific setting that tells the camera to move the screen as it zooms in or just zoom to the current screen center?

*GRRR* first I get "forum crashed", browse again to this thread, no reply there...write it a second time and now have a double entry...is there a delete entry button hidden somewhere? I only saw "edit".

Actually the CAPS LOCK key will move the screen to the mouse pointer.  But you got me thinking and I carefully poured through all the key binds.....

It's the M key that toggles whether or not the screen will move to the cursor on a mouse wheel zoom.  I must have hit the M key and toggled it off so it just zoomed in and out without moving the screen.
