Time to process order?

So I bought the game online today, went through paid with credit card and all that jazz. It tells me I have been charged and I will receive an email upon processing. Well in this part of the universe does charged also not mean *processed*? I can understand if it's screwy, after all we're talking about a corporation here but I go ahead and download impulse and register that through my email and I get that done before I get instructions on how to install the game through my email.

 

Anyone care to elaborate on how long this might take or If I should start wondering about where my game is?

alright so the email came about three hours after I initially bought the product. Simple instructions telling me to go to the my games tab and download it... Failing that to register manually and all that lovely jazz. So it's not in my games... And when I try to register manually it just tells me the product code I was given is not valid for that product. ;) I bought the bundle so I have no doubt thats the problem since theres no option to register the bundle only entrenchment and the actual game of which I have no codes. 

 

So should I wait anouther three hours and hope for the best or email the support office and see if they can send me my individual product codes faster than that? ;)

Sorry for the trouble. It looks like the bundle did not properly assign you registrations. You should see the games now when you sign into Impulse and click the 'My Games' tab.
