[BUG 0.255] Inaccurate income reporting

So gold should be decreasing by -1.30 per turn.  But it's not.

I've also noticed that your gold seems to disappear at an alarming rate without any reason why that I can see.  Then all my troops desert and I can't build anything, money continues to go away, downward spiral into restart.

One thing I'm thinking is that when you build a building, you pay for it twice: once when selecting it and once when it completes.

The administrative expensives seem to rise just as fast as your income, so there doesn't appear to be any way to actually make enough money to pay for troops.

End of quote

Of course I don't know how many troops you're building, but I've had some success in keeping my income positive.  I think what's been doing it is building lots of huts/hovels/houses etc to get the population up as fast as possible, as well as not trying to build too many towns too soon.

Road Construction per day costs have been added to the list of expenses on the Kingdom Report Screen for the internal build.  Thanks guys.
