Currently you can't chat between Ready 2 Play and Demigod, which kills most of Ready 2 Play's usefulness.
Stardock/GPG please make this possible.
+1, this is important for Demigod and Elemental. Brad, make it happen.
Hm, I don't quite understand what you guys mean here. How do you want to chat with what in Demigod..? Or do you mean the Impulse Overlay is not available in Demigod when playing via Ready To Play?
While I'm running Demigod I want to send private message to someone with Ready To Play, just like sending pm to someone with Demigod.
Before I figured out that this didn't work, I tried to pm a friend with 'Online' status to join a game I'm in, which obviously failed. Some other friend pmed me while I'm online but not in Demigod, and I see those outdated messeges when I run Demigod later.
With current system even if you see online friend you have to alt-tab out of Demigod (and crash) to invite them to the game. If you don't have Ready To Play installed you can't access them at all, even when you see them online.
Ah ok. Well I don't have that problem, because I run all my games in windowed mode and therefore can easily access an instant messenger, be it Ready to Play or something else 
.
They are trying to make Ready to play not just for stardock published games i think.
Would be nice if they can get it to take off and publish software kits to make it accesserble ingame. i supose they could make it so you could access it though the impulse overlay.
Are you shure you still get alt-tab crashes? i dont remember any (maybe 1 on the day) since they released 1.19.
What he wants I think, is for the chatting behaviour to mimic that of XFire.
They should have just tried to implement Xfire with Impulse, lol. It's basically what they want with Ready 2 Play and 100x more.
Except XFire is an awful applications that can even cause problems with some other games or applications .
