I can run the game!

As of last nights update I can now run the game in a Windows 7 32-bit environment without having the game crash at the splash screen. I no longer have to run the game as an administrator for the game to load. Progress!

I saved the game after about 30 turns. I'll try to resume it this evening.

I confirm on Vista 32bit. Game lasted for about 100 turns and then crashed At last beeing eable to test.

I have to chime in as well... this last build allows me to run the game in XP mode. Got a few hundred turns in and then it CTD'd
