Allow elemental to use proxy settings

With the new update 0.255 I hoped the "SecureHTTPPoster" comment would mean that I could allow elemental through a proxy server by changing the HTTP settings... I'm just wondering if it's possible for a proxy configuration file to be added or if there's already a work-around I'm unaware of... or if it'll never be an option

(otherwise I can't see what's happening till christmas, and yes, I should be working while using the uni proxy but I'd still like to spend a little time on elemental and Impulse works fine when you add the proxy details)

Proxy settings would be great. I cannot test the game at this moment, because the direct connect is forbidden.
