[0.255][Bug/Interface] Can't unlock research medallians from a saved game.

Once you load a saved game, some of the milestones will no longer be unlocked even after you research them.

Confirmed.

 

Also: Mining, Seamanship, City Defenses.

So far I've seen no crystals after successfully researching up to Enchantment and Enchantment has not unlocked from Magic.

I unlocked farming.

That is it.

 

Barracks also do not unlock. Light Weaponry does not unlock. I'll try for Trade, but I don't expect anything different.

I tried to reproduce this bug but was unsuccessful.  I did notice that the progress bar in the research panel seems to lead the milestones by a few turns.

Same here, only reproducible so far in my saved game. A game I started fresh didn't have this bug.

Confirmed, it only seems to happen on a saved game.  Updateing post now....

Confirmed.  I also saw this bug when playing from a saved game:  Researched Warfare and didn't get the Barracks or Light Weaponry medalions to be available after unlocking them.

Anyone heard that the December update will include a fix for this problem?

Having a 10x larger tech tree in the new build is gonna be really frustrating if this bug persists.

The new update revamps the research screen, so I think it very probable that it got fixed. :)
