[0.255][bug/gameplay] Kingdom Info - First opens to report rather than research

In the patch notes it said that Kingdom Info button would automatically go to research instead of unit design.

The first time I opened Kingdom Info it went to Kingdom report instead. Opening afterwards takes it to the Research screen when first opened.
