Just tried to submit a screenshot to the gallery, But when the file upload page opens and you click to select a gallery there is nothing in the list except, select gallery. Is there anyone out there with a link to the old upload section as that one usually works when the new one falls on it's ass. Thanks in advance 
I just went to the upload page and got a 404 page. They must be working on it.
I know that since I sat at the pc about a half hour ago I cant get to anything but the home page and then from there anything i click on takes me to the error page so that may be a part of your current problem.
Because of the above issue I can't get to the upload page to get the actual address but I remember a couple weeks ago trying to upload a screenshot and it failing every time and I then just deleted something out of the address, I think it was just a 2 or something that let you know it was the new one, and once I deleted that it took me to the alternate upload page and went through on the first try.
I've been trying to upload too. Looks like the Galleries are down for servicing. Guess we'll just have to be patient. 
Looks like things are back up and running now.
edit: OK scratch that. Links are working again but the most recent stuff shown in the gallery and when clicking the link to my own skins are all from June

Same here. My gallery is as of June 5th. Tried an upload and got the Upload Failed message. Time for bed, after all Tomorrow is another day!
I just uploaded a DX gadget and there's some kind of problem..https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=70&libid=77
Upload is not working correctly, I'm sure they will post when it's fixed.
