[0.25][BUG][Report] Getting income positive, money negative

My money was going down yet I had positive income

I went through and tried a bunch of stuff, the income kept going down and down and then sometimes it would just randomly flux, but I wasn't doing or building anything, it would just flux up and down whereas it should've just been going up I thought considering I was also finding things out in the field.

Do you mean if I built anything in that game in particular? I don't know if I had or not. I made a custom unit though.

I might be mistaken but in previous beta the unkeep for units & caravans wasn't working too well, and I was getting negative treasury account fast.

  I had about -600 gold despite having +6 gold / turn.  Told me I could not build another city, or add housing to the cities I had.

I ran into this also.  In my case I had built up 3 towns and had a barely positive treasury, and then I ordered 2 towns to build roads.  My treasury immediately dropped about 600, making the total large and negative.
