[Bug/Gameplay] Starting position a little too good

In this game it started me next to TWO fertile lands, a wild wheat, and a mine. Nice, but I am guessing it wasn't intended. Also the Soverign started right on a pickup, which prevents building a city until you move off and back on to it.

It keeps happening all the time. I think devs are aware of that and will tweak the values as the time passes.
