[0.25][bug] You lose... like a loser. Loser. You lost

I found this bug kind of amusing. I lost a game by sovereign death and got the game over you lose screen. Went back to main menu, selected skirmish and started a new game. Rather than creating world or anything all I could get was the game over flag screen with no option to return to menu or anything. Nothing was on the screen but "you lose".

So I guess I really lost eh?

Starting new games without restarting the game itself has been an issue from the start.

Yes, the victory window demonstrates the same anomaly as the losing one. Guess my soverign likes to rub it in.......
