[Crash/Freeze] Picture/dxdiag included
Need help figure which driver/computer part is causing this if I can fix it or not etc...

I am only repoesting the above since there has been no response to a serious crashing.
All of those photo are taken after becoming unresponsive. Nothing was running in the background except for impulse + anti-virus etc... All of those picture were taken on my sidekick(Phone from t-mobile) due to computer not allowing me to alt+tab and take photo. So what I prefer full screen. 
As you can see after "forcing" an alt + tab the screen behind the ctrl+alt+tab screen is not refreshing.
The memory is static as seen in another picture.
As you can see it is somehow stuck at half between both cpus.
Hey I got negative gold value! Something about building one too many inns can't be good for the citizens.
As you can see the turn button is still shining yet I can move my mouse all over.
