I purchased the expansion for Sins of a Solar empire and when I go to install it keeps asking me to register and I have already registered the game! Why wont it let me install or update the patches?!

they should be able to help

resolved apparently the game needs the original to be registered before you can register the expansion never experienced this with other games.
