[BUGS/CRASHES] Selections/Random Shutdowns
CRASHES:
- Since Alt-Tab doesn't seem to work for me (the game stays on a black screen when I try to return to it), I thought I would put the game into windowed mode. I unchecked "Fullscreen" and restarted the game as prompted. When I reached the main menu, however, the game shut down after a second for no apparent reason.
(I didn't snag the debug files for this one (sorry, lapse of judgment), but it didn't happen again when I reloaded the game a second time. Odd.) - When my Soverign died and the game ended, my game shut down after about ten seconds or so of the GAME OVER message. This might be an intended result, but I still mention it in case it isn't. It seemed odd to me.
BUGS:
- I'm getting some wonky textures near coastlines. I've seen other threads mentioning rivers looking weird, but I'm also seeing city borders and movement icons getting crackled up near coasts as well.
- I can't select my cities by clicking on their city centers, only by clicking on the built structures within the city limits.
- When I started my game, I could only move my Soverign one tile before it refused to budge. I advanced several turns, and it still wouldn't go forward the one more tile I had set it to move. Only after I had built a city would the Soverign move again.
- Once when I clicked the build button on a city, the view jumped to a completely different city. It seemed to want to build within this other city with the tiles possible to build in the original city. This only happened once.
- The "caravans" (if that's what those wheel-looking things are meant to represent) that appear after my cities are connected via road don't move along the roads as was described in the Beta 1A release notes. They simply sit within the city they are spawned in.
- I can only be the Kingdom of Altar. (I think I've seen someone report this one already)

EDIT: Oh, and now there's this: I've tried three times to open Elemental after posting that list, and it's consistently crashed during the intro movie. Maybe I hurt its feelings.
Here's the debug file of the most recent one: http://pastebin.com/m1b1632e9
