Ok I tried something and now it is worse

Ok I download the beta and it ran up to the game creation screen, loaded to the cloth map and saw my sovereign and then the game crashed. I changed from full to window mode and now it won't load past the splash screen. I have several times tried to reload the game to see if it would go back to full screen mode. Again all it does is ctd at the splash screen. How do you reset the game back to full view mode.

Open the "peference.ini" file.

then fullscreen = 0.

edit : the preference file is in "my documents\my games\elemental"

Another thing to try is to set SkipIntro=1 in prefs.ini. Thant fixes most crashes after the splash screen in windowed mode for me.
