In skin colour section when i click "Edit vista part colours" all section are empty, all setting (control panel, task dialog etc) are disappered....someone has the same problem?
Yes, it has been that was for the last couple of updates. Open the skin in SKS6, change your colors there and apply it. When you open SKS7 again, your changes show up in that section....but just the colors you changed.
