[CRASH .24] Crash starting new game after losing one

I played a short game and lost by getting my sovereign killed. I went back to the main menu and clicked "Skirmish" to start a new game, and the game crashed. debug, dxdiag, and memory dump submitted to fogbugz.

We have not yet added code so the game can properly clean up everything and start a new game from within a game. For this same reason, you will also not be able to load a game once you've started one.

The solution for now is to restart Elemental if you wish to play another game or load one, once you've already began one.
