[BUG][Beta 1A] Able to select Resoln faction - FIXED

Go into advanced and select Empires.

I have only been able to get Resoln. Haven't specifically looked for tricks to get anyone else.

Further proof.

I experienced the same thing, when i was clicking through the menus.

I simply opened up Advanced, then selected Back out of the advanced screen, and hit OK, then started my game with no further modifications.

I did not attempt to click on any of the fallen factions while on that page.
