[.24 Bug/Graphics] Screen Flicker and footer corruption

Corruption on bottom footer (see screenshot) and whole screen flicker.  Running Nvidia 7900GS, Win 7 x64, latest drivers patches etc...

Does this continue if you turn mipmaps all the way down?

For me, this is not the only interface issue.  For example, all of the Options buttons and sliders do not exist.  The only way I can adjust is via pref file.

I personally have not been able to play the game as I continue to CTD.  I was only able to even get in (sporadically) when I turned off the intro. But I experienced the above interface issues, flickering, etc.

Is the mipmaps option something I can adjust in pref file?

By the way, I have three laptops.  All different.  Two experience the above.  One seems OK but it is not one I can regularly play the game on now and not one I would use in the future.  (The one that works is a Dell Latitude with standard drivers).

Yes, you can set MaxMimMapLevels to 0 there.

I just checked.  It was already at 0.
