[STRANGE THING] Mystery Button

Does anybody know what this little round button is? Is it's function just not implimented, or is there some bug-related reason it does nothing?

Actually it seems like it should be beneath the level indicator like the one in the top left is. Looks like a graphics bug to me

Not quite sure about that...... I did some digging in the DXPack for this window, and all the level-related stuff uses the word "level" in the name, while this button has the word "extra" in its place.....
