[0.24][CRASH] Crash during game exit after changing video option

Twice happened to me now, after switching from fullscreen to windowed in the video options, I go to quit the game and restart. During the exit though, Windows gives its generic error message, along with an equally generic title for elemental "turn based fantasy strategy game". Interestingly Elemental does not generate a memory dump zip on this crash.

Windowed does not work for me either, only my native resolution past the menu works for me.
