Altar was present as well as Kraxis, but Altar's sovereign got wiped the turn before I was going to take the screen shot. In any case, neither Altar nor Kraxis were selected to be present in the game.
I'm not sure this is a bug. The previous build also had this and I think that the feature of selecting opponents isn't really implemented or only partially, as it always seems to force you to face four opponents.
There was a bug with the opponents you choose not necessarily being the ones that show up once you get into the game.
I have fixed this internally today and you guys should be able to play against the opponents you choose the next time we do an update. I do not have an ETA on when that will be.
