[BUG/gameplay] Killing a sovereign behavior

When I kill a sovereign, two things happen:

-All his cities disappear. To me that's a bug. It may be a gameplay feature, but honestly it's horrible. Show stopper.

-All his units remain, and can't be attacked but keep his colors.

The result is that cities disappear, and units show where cities used to be, and we can't interact with these units.

The cities dissapearing must be a bug or means that there are still things that aren't implemented. I doubt very much that is a feature.o_O It would be the shorted lived feature of this game if it was.

The units iss a bit silly. If cities dissapear, why not units? It's not like they go rogue or something.
