[0.23][BUG/Gameplay] Sovreign lands on spider after battle

I checked through Kryo's list and I didn't find this bug reported (which probably means I can't read or something)

Two spiders happened to end up on the same tile, and when I attacked and defeated one...

...my Sovreign landed on top of the spider with no battle. The spider then moved off next turn.

I've attached the debug for your viewing pleasure.

Perhaps you could put [0.23 Bug] in the header so Its easier to spot for readers/devs
