[BUG/Graphics] Upon re-loading of game, map is blank except for city radius outlines

Hello,

I saved and restored a game after changing the settings from windowed to fullscreen and then restarting the game. I can't see cities, or any other part of the map of the outlines of the borders of cities. When I tried to exit the client, I had to force-quit it. No bug report.
