[BUG/Interface] Issue with mini building icons

Seems to be a fair amount of 'lag' when moving mouse around the icons when they are shrunken, ie the building name not changing fast enough and such. Almost seems as if theres an invisible square that is preventing the game from noticing ive changed which building im hovering over.
